Memento Materia (label and publishing) was started in 1991 with the purpose of spreading and promoting Swedish music in the alternative genre to people all over Scandinavia and the World. From being a small label Memento Materia has constantly grown to become one of Sweden's main alternative labels.
Today the label houses eight great bands not only from Sweden but also from the Scandinavian countries together with some great talent from Europe. Memento Materia presents pop, trip hop, electro, techno and indie in a splendid mix. Presenting a wide spectrum of music without loosing focus - that of great alternative music.
Artists represented: Mesh, Sadovaja, Iberian Spleen, Neverwood, Hayce, Kliche, Nasa and Malaise.
